Refund policy

We are excited for you to LOVE your items the way we love our brands! We understand that sometimes things don't workout but we are here to help! 

Items can be returned within 18 days of the delivery date for a store credit to be used on a future purchase. Please email us at moderncreekboutique@gmail.com to start the return process. Items must be unworn, unwashed and tags must be attached.  The credit may then be used to purchase a new item/variant if an exchange is desired. Please enclose original receipt when sending your return so we can locate your order more efficiently. Please include any notes (written or via email) as to why it's being returned, or if you are seeking an exchange. If an item is available for a straight exchange, we will notify you via email.  Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.   

• All on sale/sale items are FINAL SALE with no exceptions. This also includes site wide sales over 35% or marked final sale.
• Jewelry, hats, scarves, handbags, gift cards, and all other accessories are final sale or deemed final sale for sanitary safety.
• Damaged items must be reported within 3 days. 
• We, at no cost, are responsible for washed items.
• Original shipping is non refundable if paid.
• Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, dog hair, smoke smell or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost to retrieve the item back.

Items must be postmarked within 18 days of delivery to the customer. If an item is sent back after 30 days, it will not be accepted.

We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages that are being returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.

Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged.

No exceptions outside of our return policy can now be made. Thanks for shopping local with us!

Please note that the store credit will not be issued for shipping fees associated with the purchase (expedited, international, etc.).
